The enquiry form accepts text. Before sending confidential CAD, drawings or other files, arrange a private transfer method with us and confirm any confidentiality restrictions.

We use enquiry details to respond, evaluate the manufacturing scope, prepare a quotation where appropriate and communicate about the related project. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Enquiries are stored in restricted website records and routed to our enquiry mailbox. Website hosting, security and email providers process information as needed to operate these services. Access is limited to people who need it to handle the enquiry or support the website.

We retain enquiry and project correspondence for as long as needed to manage the business relationship, resolve related issues and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. We do not use confidential customer files as public website examples without separate permission.
