Start with what
you know.
Required: name, email and a short project overview. Material and quantities can remain open.
Show us where your part
has to work with another.
STEP geometry, relevant 2D drawings and the current revision are a useful starting point. Include the mating component when it defines a fit. Tell us about other formats so compatibility can be checked.
- Enclosure with side ports: identify the connector, fixed opening and visible edges.
- Cover over a PCB: include the board location, screw definition and support points.
- Button or close-fitting cover: describe movement, joint gap and any light-leak concern.
- Versioned or perforated panel: list the variants, quantities and appearance requirements.
These details help us identify which manufacturing changes are possible and which product functions must stay fixed.

What submission means
A submission starts a manufacturing discussion. It is not a confirmed quotation, order or acceptance of a production requirement.
How enquiry details are used
Read our privacy policy for information about enquiry records and your choices.
The submitted text is stored in the website's restricted enquiry records and sent to the enquiry mailbox. It is used to respond to your request and discuss the related project.
Before sharing confidential CAD, confirm the transfer method and any restrictions on manufacturing review. Customer files are not used as public website examples without separate permission.
Does your enclosure have a fixed exterior and a close-fitting cover?
Tell us which faces cannot take draft, which surfaces remain visible and how the mating panel is located and fastened. Our four-slider enclosure case shows why those details belong in the same manufacturing discussion.
